Frank Ostaseski
Frank Ostaseski will teach during the Wisdom and Wellbeing Weeks 2025 in Multi-Faculty Week 4: Purpose, Engaged Buddhism and Eco-Activism | February 1 – 8, 2025 about the following topic:
Inviting the Wisdom of Death into Life
Life and death are a package deal. Death is not waiting for us at the end of a long road. She is the secret teacher hiding in plain sight. A companion that helps us to discover what matters most. During very positive, interactive sessions we will harness the wisdom gained from being with dying, to encourage self-exploration, clarify values, find meaning, love fully, and live well without regret.
