MEET OUR ÑUST’A PAQOS FROM PERU

Doña Zenovia Cruz Condori hails from Ch’eqas Pampa, Ausangate. She is on the core faculty of the Global Paqo School. Zenovia is known for her powerful WAHARIQUY (invocation) of the Nature Beings. Zenovia was raised on Ausangate Mountain, and trained by her grandmother Justa Condori, an exceptional reservoir of Ñust’a Paqo knowledge who died at 120 years of age. Zenovia is an amazing multiple prize-winning weaver with a creative flair for innovative apparel incorporating ancient designs.

Her daughter Zoraida Condori Cruz was born in the community of Andamay-Tinki and she is 27 years old. She was trained by her mother froma very young age, when she would accompany her to help make sacred offerings to the Apus (spirits of the mountains) and Mother Earth. She received her first Initiation from her mother in the Sacred Star Lake at the festival of Q’ollorit’i (Spiritual Mecca of the Andes) that allows her to walk with all the wisdom of the Apus and Pachamama. Guided by her mother, Zoraida is already working in her practice as a healer.

Doña Marcosa Flores Pauqar from the village of Charqapata, is on the core faculty of the Global Paqo Schoo. She is the daughter-in-law of world renown Q’ero healers Don Humberto Sonqo and the late Doña Bernardina, and is delighted to share her knowledge and initiations into the tradition with all of her students. She is a community leader, and acknowledged as possessing one of the most potent invocations for cleansings. Marcosa is an expert in traditional knowledge, cleansings, healings and offerings, as well as being a supremely gifted weaver.

Karina Sonqo Flores is 23 years old and was born in the tiny village of Chua Chua, part of the remote Inka Ancestral Community of Hatun Q’eros.  Karina attended school in Cusco under Wiraqocha Foundation grants and graduated first in her class leaping nearly 500 years in a single generation. Karina’s intelligence earned her a tuition-free 2-year program at the Tupaq Amaru Institute studying Hospitality. She graduated with her degree last year and is currently completing her practicums. Karina has been trained by her Grandparents, the world renown Q’ero healers, Doña Bernardina y Don Humberto Sonqo. After the death of her grandmother, her mother Marcosa took over her training as a Ñust’a Paqo and she assists her mother and father with offerings. Like her mother, Karina is also trained in the traditional Q’ero weavings arts.

Elizabeth B. Jenkins, is an international bestselling author of three books on Inka Nature Wisdom, founder/director of Wiraqocha Foundation (1996), and co-founder of the Global Paqo School (2020). She has been steeped in the Feminine Wisdom Lineage of the High Priestesses of the Peruvian Andes for the last 35 years in her close relationship with the Q’ero Indians. These direct descendants of the Inkas have access to a fountain of Mystical Knowledge and Power, known as Miskayani. Miskayani – comparable to the Tibetan notion of “Shambhala” – is acknowledged as one of the most important sources of supreme Feminine Power, healing energies and cosmic wisdom. To the Andean people, the Nature Priestesses from Qeros are widely known and esteemed as the ones who are initiated and trained from childhood in their capacity to directly call on and channel these Healing Forces and Natural Wisdom Energies. https//:wiraqochafoundation.org/pages/global-paqo-school
