CHELSEA GRESSMAN

Chelsea’s pursuit of a happy and fulfilling life involves practicing yoga, traveling and supporting fellow entrepreneurs. Her yoga journey has taken her around the world, and she has returned to her mat many times throughout her life to navigate its ups and downs. In her classes and retreats, students can expect a high-energy and uplifting atmosphere with multi-level approaches to accommodate all body types and fitness levels. Chelsea’s mission is to spread love through movement and mindfulness by inspiring and encouraging her students to cultivate physical, mental, and spiritual connections. Through yoga, travel and community, Chelsea has deepened her spiritual connection to her physical self and vibrant community.
