Teacher Bio

Kasey is the founder of Live Ayurveda, certified Ayurvedic Chef and practitioner. She believes that consciousness begins with conscious consumption. Kasey helps people to understand their own unique constitution and tendencies, in order to identify contributors of balance and imbalance in their lives. Relying on the teachings of Ayurveda and translating them into a modern approach, she provides strategies for your lifestyle and eating, so you can find harmony within and build the pillars for optimal health and wellness.

Matthew is the founder of the Subtle Power Yoga school. He’s a licensed massage therapist and co-creator of Centered Holistic Community Center in Lexington, KY. With over 14 years of training and experiencing in diverse yoga lineages, functional movement, manual therapy, neuroscience and Eastern medicine, Matthew seeks to share an integrative approach to health and wisdom. Through the lenses of movement, clinical bodywork, and contemplative practices he has built trainings and community centered around awakening and embodiment. Matthew also teaches acroyoga, studies acrobatics, and became a Yoga Slacker in 2015.
