Nondual Mindfulness Embodied with Loch Kelly
Nondual mindfulness embodied is both a way to rest in essential well-being and a science based approach to relieve suffering at it root. Nondual mindfulness is a way to embody the unity of the infinite and intimate dimensions of our being. Awakening is learnable and available as the next natural stage of human development. In this experiential workshop we will learn tools to access our effortless, awake loving nature, which can heal our wounded parts and reveal natural positive qualities of clarity, creativity and essential love.
In this program, you learn:
• How to access the “off switch” for your chattering mind
• Awareness yoga, moving awareness through the body and mind
• Moving and relating from new operating system to begin to stabilize awakening
• Ways to liberate difficult mental and emotional states by accessing openhearted awareness and welcoming all inner parts of you.
This retreat will help you shift into nondual mindfulness embodied to more deeply enjoy the beach, nature, and friendly community and to return home with more tools to remain home where ever you are.
