Join Susan for a transformational week of Slow Flow, Meditation and Restorative yoga inspired by one of the worlds most beautiful ‘blue zones’ in the world and experience greater wellbeing and health. This is open to all levels of yoga experience.
Susan Chopping holds 500hr RYT and was introduced to yoga while recovering from a back injury. In her classes Susan invites students to connect with the flow of their breath and using intelligent alignment guides them through waves of postures like a moving meditation. The final posture of savasana allows the body to soak up the nourishment of the practice.
Susan leads workshops in London and Retreats around the world. She is certified in Yoga Flow, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, SUP (stand up paddleboard) Yoga. She is currently studying SATYA (sensory awareness training for yoga asana) with Tias Little (which is like yoga flow on your back, sides and front) and will be assisting him at his SATYA teacher training in London in June. She holds a B.A in Psychology and an MSc in Neuroscience from Kings College London.
