Caroline Welch, JD

Caroline Welch is teaching during Wisdom & Wellbeing Week 6 | Multi-Faculty | February 6-13, 2027 about the following topic:

Creativity and Visualization: Being Present and Sparking Purpose

Creativity has a way of opening doors we didn’t know even existed. In this workshop, Caroline creates space for participants to play, explore, be creative, and discuss what it means to live with more presence and a clearer sense of purpose.
There will be time for fun, reflection and visual exercises. No particular artistic skill required, just a willingness to notice, imagine, and see things a little differently. There will also be time to explore what delights us recently, and what we’re craving more of in our lives.
Together, we’ll look at how small shifts in attention can help us feel more grounded, even amid the busyness and unpredictability of everyday life. We’ll take a deep dive into purpose, not as something fixed or far away, but as something we can reconnect with again and again, especially when life asks us to pivot or change course completely.
This workshop will be interactive with room for quiet moments, creative play, and open conversation, wherever it leads. No prior experience with mindfulness is needed, just an openness to show up, get curious, and see what unfolds.
