MELANIE CAINES is the owner of Nova Yoga and Nova Retreats and is passionate about helping people improve their mental and physical well-being.
Melanie has a strong love of movement and teaches Vinyasa Flow classes infused with sweat, laughter, and creativity. She is also a Certified Relax & Renew® Restorative Teacher and is trained in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra. Melanie is the host of 3 seasons of The Nova Yoga Show on RogersTV and has an online membership site called Move with Melanie with over 100 videos and practices to stream. She leads multiple international yoga retreats each year in bucket list destinations like Greece, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Cuba, and Costa Rica.

ROBIN PENNEY is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher based in Santa Cruz, California. She believes that mindful movement through the practice of yoga has the capacity to change the world, one practice at a time! Her 1×1 private sessions and group slow-flow Vinyasa classes are thoughtfully creative, full of variety, appropriately challenging to all levels, and guided by a strong connection to breath. Robin’s teaching style is informed by her many years of practice and training in a variety of approaches. She completed her 200-hour training under the Anusara Yoga method in 2012 and went on to study Kula Flow with Wanderlust co-founder, Schyuler Grant.
Then in 2016, she received a 500-hour advanced yoga teaching certification in the Alchemy of Flow and Form with Christina Sell and Gioconda Parker. Most recently, her teaching is informed by evidence-based movement trainings from the world of biomechanics and exercise science.
