A restorative weeklong memoir writing and restorative yoga retreat for healing mind, body and spirit. Each day will included guided writing workshops, restorative yoga, mindful movement and nature walks. There will also be down time to stroll the expansive beach, swim in the infinity pool, and engage in optional off-site activities.
