We expect you will be tired after a long day of traveling and ready to start your adventure at Blue Spirit. Shorten your waiting time and get to your room sooner or catch the sunset at the beach by filling out this form BEFORE your arrival.

Agreement of release and waiver liability

I hereby agree to the following:

I have read and understand the Blue Spirit Covid Protocol:

  1. I understand that Blue Spirit / Centro Holístico Nosara S. A. (referred to ‘Blue Spirit’ below)  is not responsible or liable for any loss of valuables, money or personal property left in the rooms or left anywhere on the property, except for the items declared let int the safety deposit box.
  2. I agree to assume full responsibility for any rush, injuries or damage, known and unknown, which I may incur as a result of participation in all wellness service, general service, pool and all classes offered at Blue Spirit Costa Rica
  3. I agree to release Blue Spirit Costa Rica its instructors, staff and workshop leaders from any activities undertaken whilst participating in any programs, spa services or general services offered at Blue Spirit Costa Rica
  4. I understand that I will be charged for any damage to the room caused by my actions or negligence as well as any damage to or replacement of items from the room during my stay at Blue Spirit Costa Rica

If you see any damaged items in your room please report it immediately to reception upon your arrival, otherwise you may be held financially responsible.


We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, which insures you against unforeseen sickness, injury, job loss, inclement weather, and more.
