Effortless Mindfulness Embodied

 

Loch Kelly, MDiv, LCSW, is creator of the Mindful Glimpses app and author two award winning books including The Way of Effortless Mindfulness. Loch has trained with many of the great meditation masters of our time and been much beloved meditation teacher, psychotherapist, and retreat leader for more than 40 years. He has worked in community mental health and offers unique practical methods of awakening. Founder of the nonprofit Effortless Mindfulness Institute, Loch has collaborated with neuroscientists at Yale, the University of Pennsylvania, and New York University to study how awareness training can enhance compassion and well-being.
