Through guided meditations, soundbaths with crystal singing bowls and more, Meditation Teacher & Musician Ofosu Jones-Quartey aka Born I will offer a series designed to deepen your self-compassion, understand it’s importance, and offer practical tools to bring self kindness and self compassion into daily life. The goal of this series is for you to truly experience and understand that You Are Enough.
