Join Ali Cramer, author of “Modern Ayurveda: Rituals, Recipes and Remedies for Balance” for an immersion into the world of Ayurveda! Our morning begins with a yoga practice for energy and detoxification, and our afternoons will include interactive lectures on how to develop your own personal Ayurvedic self care routine and replenishing sessions with meditation and restorative yoga.
