Once we have had a glimpse of our true nature – the uncontrived openness, stillness and love of innermost being – our life begins to transform in unforeseen ways. While the open ground of being is ever-present, it requires nevertheless dedication, courage as well as a compassionate community to gradually undo the old fixations that prevent us from moving from this genuine depth in the world.
Come and join this advanced level retreat which offers a wise blend of guided meditations, experiential inquiries and somatic practices, assisting us to remain awake and embodied in daily life.
While Yoga (all levels) and mindful movement practices are included in the daily schedule, the nature of this retreat is contemplative. All participants are asked to observe silence outside of the group sessions for the bigger part of this week in order to lessen the unnecessary distractions, that often stand in the way of deep insight and truly befriending ourselves. During your free time, you can enjoy Blue Spirit’s white-sanded beach, swim in the Ocean or saltwater pool, unwind in the pristine surrounding nature, and nourish your body and senses with Blue Spirit’s gourmet vegetarian cuisine and luscious amenities.
Spaces for this retreat are limited in order to offer an in-depth-process for each participant. Participation is open to those, who have a regular meditation practice or have worked previously with Annette.
