Through a wise blend of guided meditations, contemplative dialogues and experiential inquiries, you will be guided back into the direct knowing of what is already profoundly complete within. Learn how to see through and gently undo the old trances of ‘I am not okay, not enough, unlovable’- and trust again your innate capacity to feel open, safe, and connected to who you really are.
While Yoga (all levels) and mindful movement practices are included in the daily schedule, the nature of this retreat is contemplative. All participants are asked to observe Silence for big parts of this retreat, in order to lessen the unnecessary distractions that often stand in the way of deep insights and truly befriending ourselves.
During your free time, you can enjoy Blue Spirit’s white-sanded beach, swim in the Ocean or saltwater pool, unwind in the pristine presence of surrounding nature, and nourish your body and senses with Blue Spirit’s gourmet vegetarian cuisine and luscious amenities.
