Join Gina Norman, founder of Kaia Yoga for a week of unwinding and relaxing.
Take time to focus on your practice and explore the reasons we fall in love with yoga. Thru the week we will strengthen and open our bodies thru morning vinyasa and afternoon restorative classes, 2 sessions of meditation per day. Additional workshops on longevity, sound healing, 5 Rhythms dance and a group fire ceremony to set intentions for the week.
There is also plenty of opportunities for amazing bodywork sessions.
