Reconnect With Your Core Wisdom: An Unburdened Eating IFS Retreat with Jeanne Catanzaro

Join Jeanne Catanzaro, clinical psychologist and leader within the IFS Institute, for an immersive retreat at the beautiful Blue Spirit Retreat Center in Nosara, Costa Rica. Specializing in the treatment of eating issues and trauma, Jeanne will guide participants in an exploration of their relationships with food and bodies, focusing on Unburdened Eating and the deep integration of mind, body, and spirit this practice offers.

This retreat is designed for those with prior experience or knowledge of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Through a combination of didactic sessions, group exercises, and live demonstrations, participants will explore the roots of their eating patterns and habitual ways of focusing on or disconnecting from their bodies. With Jeanne’s guidance, participants will be helped to develop a more compassionate and less burdened relationship to food and their bodies.
