Teacher Bio

Meet Sandra Vanatko, the heart and soul behind Indra’s Grace. With a rich background spanning 17.5 years in classical Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, Indo-Tibetan meditation traditions, Hakomi-trained somatic practices, and somatic healing, Sandra is a experienced spiritual teacher, mentor, and guide. Since 2007, Sandra has lovingly steered students through the fields of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and embodiment. By drawing from diverse spiritual traditions, she tailors her approach to support each individual’s unique journey of awakening and transformation. Sandra’s ultimate goal is to lead students to the healing power of fundamental consciousness. Through heartfelt inquiry, yoga, meditation, and a nurturing presence, she empowers movement towards wholeness, expanded awareness, freedom, peace, and fulfillment, Sandra utilizes tools such as breathwork, embodiment practices, classical Hatha and Kundalini yoga, dance, and meditation.Sandra’s practical approach ensures participants leave with a deepened understanding of healing and a strengthened connection to their inner wisdom.
