Sarah leads International retreats all over the world. Her playful, inclusive classes remind you to either slow down and rest…whatever your body and spirit need that day. She lives and breathes LOVE with an open heart. Her favorite part of the retreat is the Karma yoga project, to GIVE BACK to the local community.
