Join Susan for a week of reconnecting to your source from Earth to Sky.

Greeting each morning with Meditation, a ‘Slow Flow’ vinyasa practice following the wave of your breath guided by the alignment of Iyengar, opening through waves of postures and pranayama. In the afternoon unwind with the Restorative practice of Somatic Flow (SATYA sensory awareness tuning for yoga asana) lying on the floor, on your back, sides and belly and Yoga Nidra. Everyone is welcome.

Teacher Bio

Susan started teaching yoga after a back injury and was initially inspired by the ‘Shadow Yoga’ (hatha yoga, tai chi and dance) of Shandor Remete, the ‘Prana Vinyasa’ of Shiva Rea, with the foundation of Iyengar alignment. More recently she has completed training in Somatis (SATYA) with Tias Little and Yoga Nidra of Richard Miller. Her love of the ocean inspired her to teach SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga. She has been teaching for 14 years and is qualified 500 Yoga Alliance, Restorative, Somatic (SATYA), Yoga Nidra, and SUP Yoga. She teaches open classes, workshops and private clients in London and on retreats at Studland Dorset here in the uk and abroad on the Greek Islands, Blue Spirit Costa Rica and India. At one of Susan’s classes you can expect to open slowly with your breath like a moving Meditation, informed by the alignment of Iyengar and infused with philosophy of the sages. The class will bring you back to your source with kindness and compassion and you will leave with an inner smile.
