Recalibrate and Recharge

This Retreat will invite you to Recalibrate and Recharge from the ground up through the elements of earth, water, fire and air to connect to your inner resource. Welcome each day with an (optional) early morning meditation, an asana ‘slow flow’, moving through waves of postures with intelligent alignment, breath work and savasana. The afternoon class will be restorative followed with Yoga Nidra to sooth your soul. The retreat is open to everyone.

Teacher Bio

I started practicing yoga 20 years ago after a back injury. I was inspired by the unique blend of ‘Shadow Yoga’ which incorporates Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi and Dance. I study and teach Vinyasa Flow, Somatic Yoga (the Restorative counterpart of Vinyasa Yoga) Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Meditation, and SUP (Stand-up Paddle-board) Yoga.
My teaching is informed by wonderful teachers and a B.A in Psychology and an MSc in Neuroscience which lead to a publication in the Journal of Consciousness.
