In search of someone proactive, detail oriented and committed. You must be patient and work through problems with a wide range of people, deal with inquiries and complaints and provide accurate information via telephone and/or e-mail.
Assist individuals with planning and booking reservations and transportation.
Provide customer service support if any issue arises during the reservations process.
Input reservations to our systems (ResNexus and HubSpot).
Process and confirm payments.
Have knowledge of Blue Spirit’s operation to provide accurate support.
The ideal candidate will be:
Experienced in a similar reservations role, preferably in hotels but not essential.
Able to work with a high volume of emails and calls.
Able to communicate effectively and transparently with guests, managers, and team members.
Have excellent telephone manners.
Able to act in a precise and professional manner under any given situation.
Proactive and able to think on their feet.
Patient and empathetic with people from all walks of like.
First 3-month training on-site; then able visit once a month, depending on our operation.
