Join Barbara and Kristin for an enriching and restorative week of yoga, meditation, pranayama and more at Blue Spirit! Start your day with physically invigorating and mentally centering vinyasa classes followed by meditation and pranayama practice. Spend your midday with your feet in the sand, resting, reading, swimming, surfing, going on adventures to waterfalls and rainforest. In the early evening you will wind down with some slow vinyasa + restorative yoga and/or chanting followed by a consciously prepared dinner and hanging in the great evening atmosphere of Costa Rica.
