The Blue Spirit Longevity Week is a 7 day program that offers a deep immersion into regenerative practices to repair and revitalize your body and brain through a multi-faceted approach to self-care: optimal nutrition, detoxification, yoga, self-regulation, meditation, breath-work and state-of-the-art treatments that enhance mitochondrial energy and oxygenation.

– For a cancellation made 45 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund less a 3.5% Processing Fee and $200 Penalty Fee

Founder of Blue Spirit, physician and author Stephan teaches integrative approaches to longevity, time, stress reduction and well-being. Learn to attain and maintain greater vitality and a longer life, and discover ways to lead a more balanced life while coming deeper into the present moment.
Annette Knopp
As a meditation teacher, counselor and shamanic practitioner, Annette supports and mentors clients in their unique journeys of awakening and transformation. In her teachings she draws from a rich background in Indo-Tibetan meditation, the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi, modern Western psycho-spiritual integration, interpersonal neurobiology and somatic approaches to repair trauma.
Natalia Tanzi, MD & MS
Dr. Natalia is passionate about wellness and works with natural therapies that are backed by scientific evidence. She practices functional medicine and neural therapy to help her patients reach their optimal health. She is also specialized in regenerative medicine which supports the body in the journey to heal itself.
Daniela Zamora Alpízar
Daniela is a Licensed Nutritionist with a non-diet approach to health and wellness and believes in establishing lifelong healthy habits that fit each person’s preferences and lifestyles. Food is one of life’s greatest pleasures and connectors. Learn the impact of small but consistent changes around your food choices.
Sathya Riveros is a transformational breathwork facilitator, the practices she shares help to connect to one’s body and spirit. She offers guidance in active breath journeys to awaken inner transformation, accompanied by bodywork, somatic exercise, and meditation.
Nina Manich is a 800hrs certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator. The sessions that Nina shares in the Longevity Week are both inspired by the Jivamukti Yoga method and Trauma Sensitive Yoga always with a very gentle accompaniment of the person to make his or her experience at Blue Spirit as much compassionate as possible. Her sessions combine distinct yogic elements at their essence: āsana, meditation, the study of the spiritual scriptures and Sanskrit, devotional chanting (bhakti).
I learned a lot in the Longevity Week and it gave me a great start in beginning to take better care of myself. Hearing and sharing with other participants was enriching and the treatment at the Longevity Center is very personal and professional.
