The Wisdom & Wellbeing – Blue Spirit Longevity Week is a 7 day program that offers a deep immersion into regenerative practices to repair and revitalize your body and brain through a multi-faceted approach to self-care: optimal nutrition, detoxification, yoga, exercise, breath-work, meditation and state-of-the-art treatments that enhance mitochondrial energy and oxygenation.

We are offering the Wisdom & Wellbeing – Blue Spirit Longevity Week at the moment at an Introductory Rate of $395 per person, plus the cost of your choice of housing and meals for 7 nights stay. We serve 3 daily buffet style meals and a great variety of gourmet ovo-lacto vegetarian and vegan dishes – plus fish. Food allergies can be accommodated. Learn more about our cuisine here.

7:00 – 8:00 Yoga
8:00 – 9:00 Breakfast Buffet
Free time to swim, walk on the beach, body-work/massage or individual treatments at the Longevity Center
10:30 – 12:00 Group Session (Lectures, Practices & Learning Experiences)
12:00 – 1:30 Lunch Buffet
Afternoon
Free time to swim, walk on the beach, go on excursions (surfing or tennis lessons, horseback riding, zip-line canopy tour, etc.) or receive body-work/massage or individual treatments at the Longevity Center
3:00 – 5:00 Group Session (Lectures, Practices & Learning Experiences)
Evening
6:00 – 7:30 Dinner Buffet
7:30 – 8:15 Daily Check-In / Movie nights / Shamanic Healing Journey

Stephan Rechtschaffen, MD
Founder of Blue Spirit, physician and author Stephan teaches integrative approaches to longevity, time, stress reduction and well-being. Learn to attain and maintain greater vitality and a longer life, and discover ways to lead a more balanced life while coming deeper into the present moment.

Annette Knopp
As a meditation teacher, counselor and shamanic practitioner, Annette supports and mentors clients in their unique journeys of awakening and transformation. In her teachings she draws from a rich background in Indo-Tibetan meditation, the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi, modern Western psycho-spiritual integration, interpersonal neurobiology and somatic approaches to repair trauma.

Adriana Galeano, MD
Dr. Adriana is our in-house- physician and leading the Longevity Center. Passionate about her patients and healing on all levels, she is supporting them on their way to a life of increased well-being.

Julian DeVoe
Julian is a wellness educator, bodyworker, detox specialist and progressive movement teacher. He joyfully works as an advocate for wellbeing, thriving health and transformation.
