This week offers a deep immersion into regenerative practices to repair and revitalize your body and brain through a multi-faceted approach to self-care: optimal nutrition, detoxification, yoga, self-regulation, meditation, breath-work and state-of-the-art treatments that enhance mitochondrial energy and oxygenation.

All-inclusive rates listed include*
– Seven-night stay and program tuition.
– Three daily buffet-style meals (gourmet ovo-lacto vegetarian and vegan cuisine, plus local fish being served three times during your stay)

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
– For a cancellation made 60 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund less a 3.5% Processing Fee and $200 Penalty Fee
– No refund or credit will be offered for cancellations made within 60 days of the start of the program, no-shows or early departures
– For any incidentals or unforeseen circumstances we strongly suggest Traveler’s Insurance.

Free time to swim, walk on the beach, go on excursions (surfing or tennis lessons, horseback riding, zip-line canopy tour, etc.) or receive body-work/massage or individual treatments at the Longevity Center

Stephan Rechtschaffen, MD
Founder of Blue Spirit, physician and author Stephan teaches integrative approaches to longevity, time, stress reduction and well-being. Learn to attain and maintain greater vitality and a longer life, and discover ways to lead a more balanced life while coming deeper into the present moment.

Annette Knopp
As a meditation teacher, counselor and shamanic practitioner, Annette supports and mentors clients in their unique journeys of awakening and transformation. In her teachings she draws from a rich background in Indo-Tibetan meditation, the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi, modern Western psycho-spiritual integration, interpersonal neurobiology and somatic approaches to repair trauma.

Rachel Carlton Abrams, MD, MHS, ABoIM
Rachel is a family practice and integrative medicine physician with a specialty in integrative health, relationships, and health equity and is the author of 5 books, recently Bodywise: Discovering Your Body’s Intelligence for Lifelong Health and Healing. She speaks and teaches widely and runs the award-winning Santa Cruz Integrative Medicine Clinic. She is also the Acting Board Chair of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine and leads in the areas of healthcare transformation, DEI initiatives and ethical leadership. Daniela Zamora Alpízar
Daniela is a Licensed Nutritionist with a non-diet approach to health and wellness and believes in establishing lifelong healthy habits that fit each person’s preferences and lifestyles. Food is one of life’s greatest pleasures and connectors. Learn the impact of small but consistent changes around your food choices.

Sathya Riveros is a transformational breathwork facilitator, the practices she shares help to connect to one’s body and spirit. She offers guidance in active breath journeys to awaken inner transformation, accompanied by bodywork, somatic exercise, and meditation.
